ORDER TERMS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Combining Multiple Orders
Orders are processed as they are received and cannot be held and combined with other orders. If you need to make additions or alterations to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make our best effort to meet your request but cannot make guarantees.
Taxes
Led Sled Customs collects Ohio State Sales Tax on orders shipped to addresses within Ohio only. All international taxes, duties, customs fees, VAT, and any other import-related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Resale
Based on our vendor agreements and business relationships, merchandise sold on our website is intended for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be placed for resale purposes.
Cancellations
Customers have twenty-four (24) hours from the time of purchase to request cancellation of an order. After this period, cancellation requests may not be approved and may be subject to applicable fees.
A $45 cancellation fee applies to eligible order cancellations. There are no cancellations or refunds on custom motorcycle builds or custom-built orders under any circumstances. The following items are considered custom orders: Fenders, Frames, Hardtails, Hardtail Kits, Invader Wheels, Kicker Kits, Panhead Covers, Seats, Springers, Sprockets, and Swingarm Kits.
Returns
All sales are considered final, with exceptions made solely at the discretion of Led Sled Customs. We are always happy to work with our customers when possible, but all returns must be approved in advance through a Return Authorization.
Returns of non-defective items may be accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase at Led Sled Customs’ sole discretion and may be subject to up to a 40% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Improperly packaged, damaged, worn, installed, modified, or altered items are not eligible for return.
Any modifications made by the customer may void eligibility for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to, paint, powder coating, sandblasting, spacing adjustments, installation changes, or any labor performed by the customer or their chosen mechanic. Led Sled Customs is not responsible for and will not reimburse any costs associated with customer modifications, labor, or third-party installation work.
If a customer believes a product is defective upon receipt, they must notify us immediately and return the product for inspection. If the product is determined to be defective, we will provide the best resolution at our discretion, including repair, replacement, or refund. If the product is found to be free of defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the customer no longer wants a non-defective product, the 40% restocking fee will apply. Due to the custom nature of most of our products, returns on custom orders are extremely limited and are approved only at the sole discretion of Led Sled Customs. If approved, up to a 40% restocking fee may apply and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
