OUR SHIPPING POLICY
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and shipment details.
IN-STOCK ITEMS
In-stock items typically ship within 2-5 business days after payment is received and processed.
CUSTOM ORDERS
The following items are considered custom orders: Fenders, Frames, Hardtails, Hardtail Kits, Invader Wheels, Kicker Kits, Panhead Covers, Seats, Springers, Sprockets, and Swingarm Kits.
Custom order production time is generally estimated at 6–8 weeks from the date payment is received, with additional time required for chrome finishes. Production times for custom orders are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If you need a product by a specific date, please make backup arrangements and do not rely on an estimated delivery date. Production time does not include shipping transit time.
Once a custom order has been placed and entered into production, no changes may be made to the order. There are no returns, cancellations, or refunds on custom orders or custom motorcycle builds.
If production delays extend significantly beyond the estimated timeframe, we will contact you with updates. Please ensure your customer account includes a valid email address and daytime phone number.
Led Sled Customs business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, USA. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Online orders placed late Friday afternoon through Sunday evening will begin processing on Monday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customers shipping orders outside the United States are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and any other related charges required by their country or shipping provider.
Customers must be available to receive their shipment and prepared to pay all applicable fees. Any changes in international shipping rates, carrier limitations, customs delays, or additional third-party transport charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Led Sled Customs is not responsible for these fees or delays.
All transportation and shipping charges must be paid in full prior to shipment. A valid daytime phone number is required for all international orders.
