Led Sled's Warranty Policy
OUR WARRANTY POLICY
Led Sled Customs, LLC warrants its manufactured products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of any part that Led Sled Customs determines to be defective after inspection.
If a customer believes a product is defective upon receipt, they must notify Led Sled Customs immediately and return the product for inspection. Once inspected, if the product is determined to be defective, Led Sled Customs will provide the best resolution at its discretion, including repair, replacement, or refund. If the product is found to be free of defects, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If the customer no longer wants a non-defective product, a 40% restocking fee will apply.
Any modifications made by the customer may void eligibility for return, refund, or warranty coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, painting, powder coating, sandblasting, spacing adjustments, or any installation-related alterations. Led Sled Customs is not responsible for and will not reimburse any costs associated with customer modifications, labor, installation, or work performed by the customer or their chosen mechanic.
Led Sled Customs may not be held responsible for return shipping costs to our facility, though we will cover standard shipping costs from us back to you for approved warranty claims. Under no circumstances will Led Sled Customs be responsible for customs fees, duties, VAT, taxes, or any other import-related charges.
Led Sled Customs is not directly responsible for third-party parts and/or materials used in conjunction with our products.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and a return authorization number and must be shipped postage prepaid to:

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties, obligations, or liabilities. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, shall be limited in duration to the written limited warranty period stated above.
No agent, representative, dealer, or employee of Led Sled Customs has the authority to increase or alter the obligations of this warranty.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It shall not apply to any product found to have been modified, repaired, or altered without the express written consent of Led Sled Customs.
In no case shall Led Sled Customs be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
