RETURNS
If you need to return items, you must contact us to arrange a Return Authorization. Improperly packaged, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be returned. Please see the Returns web page for complete terms. There are no returns on custom orders.
Returns of NON-DEFECTIVE items are at Led Sled Custom’s sole discretion. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 40% RE-STOCKING FEE and such returns will be for store credit or refund at Led Sled Custom’s sole discretion within 30 days of returned merchandise. If you have questions about which products are returnable, which products may be subject to a restocking fee, or for an explanation of circumstances under which a restocking fee may be charged, please contact us.
10 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEEWhen you receive yourLed Sled Customs order please inspect it and verify its acceptability and compatibility before doing any modifications. Modifications void the 10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Please see the 10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee page for complete terms and limitations.
CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM ORDER?
Due to the custom nature of our products, any item to be returned is at the sole discretion of Led Sled Customs. Should the return be approved, up to a 40% restocking fee will be applied and shipping costs will not be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel a Led Sled Customs order you will need to pay a $45 Cancellation Fee. There is no canceling custom orders or refunds on custom builds.
